Best source of natural vitamin D is exposure to sunlight, food which are rich in Vitamin D are fatty fish, orange juice fortified with vitamin D, cheese, and eggs yolks still we might need to add an Vitamin D supplementin our diet.

In India if at all you get a chance to take morning walk you would come across lot of people worshipping sun thus taking a dose of vitamin D.
